Couldn't find device with uuid

If for most lvm command there are error messages like this:

Couldn't find device with uuid 'RI09tl-vmkB-PLIG-UEOz-v1kB-tsvH-z2DA75'.
Couldn't find all physical volumes for volume group VolGroup00.
Couldn't find device with uuid 'RI09tl-vmkB-PLIG-UEOz-v1kB-tsvH-z2DA75'.
Couldn't find all physical volumes for volume group VolGroup00.

Issue a command:

vgreduce --removemissing VolGroup00

Volume group VolGroup00 becomes accessible and errors are gone. Now it's possible to remove empty volume group by a command

vgremove VolGroup00
