Push logs to log server

SYSLOG configuration

A line in /etc/syslog.conf to push log files to log server for analyzing.

*.notice;*.alert;kern.err;daemon.err;auth.info @loghost.auckland.ac.nz

PostgreSQL: readline/zlib library not found

There should be -devel packages of readline/zlib installed in the system.
