Download PHP:
http://nz2.php.net/get/php-5.2.5.tar.gz/from/a/mirror
Before run
./configure --with-apxs2=/usr/sbin/apxs --with-mysql
to install PHP be sure that following packages are installed
yum install httpd-devel
yum install libxml2-devel
yum install mysql-devel
